Built on Integrity: The Story, Mission, and Vision Behind Integrity Resource Solution
Integrity Resource Solution was founded on more than marketing expertise—it was built on conviction, relationships, and a commitment to doing business the right way. From early beginnings in corporate America to becoming a trusted, boutique marketing partner for organizations of all sizes, Integrity Resource Solution exists to serve as a true extension of its clients’ teams. This story explores the heart behind the brand, the philosophy that guides every partnership, and the forward-looking vision shaping the future of the company.
Brand Story & Background
- Can you introduce Integrity Resource Solution and share how it got started?
After working in corporate America for companies such as Athletes Foot Corporation, Sterling [world’s largest jewelry company], and International Diamonds, a close friend of mine – working for a large marketing firm in Atalanta – and I decided to start our own marketing agency. We got our foot in the door with smaller projects which led to long-term relationships with large organizations and a fast successful marketing agency. In 2008, I sold my portion of the company to my partner and was serving in ministry and missions until 2011. Several past clients had reached out inquiring if I had returned to marketing. The rest is history. I formed Integrity Resource Solution and things grew to where they are today. Unfortunately, in my past, “integrity” was not always an ingredient in my business efforts and I was convicted by this. That’s why it was vital that it be a part of our branding to keep “integrity” always at the forefront of our business and all we do.
- What inspired you to build a small, boutique marketing agency instead of joining a larger firm?
Relationship. Personal Care. Partnership. My heart was answered in that our main objection is to become an extension of your organization, with real relationship and interest in your success and advancement.
- How would you describe Integrity Resource Solution’s mission and philosophy when working with clients?
It’s all in the name: Integrity, Resource, “Solution”. Notice each is singular in form. A single source solution thus no longer a need for managing multiple agency relationships. Our team works in sync with each other to form strategies and a solution for all areas from an online presence – i.e. website, social profiles, Google message and marketing, articles & blogs, email campaigns, and trade show presence. They are all in concert to present a solid message and brand that is consistent and maintains the integrity of the organization and who they truly are.
Expertise, Approach & Differentiation
- Which services do you specialize in (e.g., social media, SEO, branding, web design), and why those specifically?
We specialize in multiple marketing areas including web design, SEO, social media, and more. In addition to these we are helping clients staff technical experts for their programming and development needs. As well as expanding into supporting clients tradeshow management using a new AI powered management suite. In each of these areas we have brought together a team that has decades of experience and success in each of these areas. They work together as a team to complement each other and provide each other with the necessary details and strategies for each to be successful in their given area of excellence and experience.
Process & Client Experience
- How do you tailor strategies for small businesses vs. larger organizations?
For us there in no such thing as a “cookie cutter” approach or a menu of options. Each client has their own identity, their own needs, their own clients and their own competitors.
- How do you maintain communication and collaboration with clients?
Several years ago, Integrity developed a ticketing system for our clients to have real time communication with our team, submit work orders, obtain approval and give feedback on projects. This system also allows clients to upload/download assets, track communication, timelines, and work hours. Our clients on a retainer agreement receive a monthly report of the activity and services. We prioritize face-to-face meetings and zoom calls to ensure consistency in communication. This standard for our team ensures that we meet the overarching goals of your company, and we stay up to date on current and changing needs, ensuring that this partnership is a benefit to you!
Results, Impact & Success Stories
- Can you share a recent client success story that captures the value of your services?
Most of our clients are on a long-term retainer agreement. With that retainer there is flexibility to respond as needed regarding hours and tasks as needs may change month-to-month. For example, we have more than a handful of clients that have started working with us on a small project while they maintained a relationship with up to five other agencies that they were juggling for various marketing needs. Within 6 months of Integrity working with these clients on one-off projects, we would find that they had released the other agencies to partner solely with Integrity. The result improved ROI’s and measured successes in all areas.
Client-Focused Insights
- What advice do you give clients who are just starting to invest in marketing?
Plan long term! Much like investments, it is the time in the process as much as the strategy and process. For example, we will not allow a client to retain us for short term SEO or organic social media and reputation management. It doesn’t prove successful or beneficial for long-term success which is our primary goal for each partnership.
Team, Passion & Personal Elements
- What strengths does your team bring that makes Integrity Resource Solution stand out?
Faithfulness, Integrity, and Care, I see all these gifts and characteristics in each team member. When I look to bring someone on the team, I look at their personal life and family as much or more than their professional life. My father, who passed just short of 100 years old, had a lot of wisdom. I remember as a child growing up with people like Zig Ziglar sitting having dinner with us. My father was successful in family, government and business. He taught me that more often he released people from their position not because of their professional knowledge or failure professionally but because of who they were personally. The way they treated others and their interactions with the team was important to my father. He always said, “If you knew a little of their family and personal life you could see it prior to their being brought on the team”. My wife and I tell young ladies wanting to get married. Look at the way he treats your waitress and you will know how he will eventually treat you. This is the same concept.
- What is one lesson you’ve learned running a small marketing business that shapes how you serve clients now?
Serving with excellence, giving our best and helping our clients succeed. When we steward what has been trusted to us we will always see increase.
Looking Ahead
- Are there any new services, initiatives, or directions your company is excited to launch soon?
We currently have two Ai Agents that we are releasing that are ahead of their time with a Channel Partnership we have signed. We are very excited and have already had engagement with two organizations that are the largest in the world in their industry. Stay tuned for more.
- How can clients best prepare for upcoming changes in digital marketing?
Find and work with an agency that treats you as a partner not merely a client. One that is available, and doesn’t always agree, that will push back if they truly feel that your choices are not what’s best for your organization. Then will offer other options and solutions.
