Working with a wide range of clients in many arenas we have learned to adapt to the ever changing landscape of technology in the market place. David has had a career in sales, sales management, sales development, and team building working with one of the worlds largest jewelry companies. In 2005 David partnered and purchased the world’s largest online Christian communication service with over 3 million users. In 2006 David partnered with, and grew a marketing and advertising company that has become one of the most respected of its kind in the Atlanta market today. Selling his portion to his partner in 2008, In 2012 David launched Integrity Resource Solution – IRS with a vision and a desire to be a single resource solution for small to mid-sized companies providing web and mobile presence, developing proprietary application solutions, as well as technology resources needed to compete with the bigger companies. His skill at developing and managing teams to produce results with excellence marks his track record in the market place.
Robert V. White PhD.
Robert White has an extensive background in building businesses and putting together the infrastructure necessary to support these businesses. As a member of the founding team of First Trans Payment Solutions, the predecessor to APS, and USWA, Inc, Robert put together the infrastructure and operations center to support the necessary sales activities. He worked to support approximately 40 sales reps in the merchant processing sales center then later put together the necessary infrastructure for a 20 person inbound call center. This initial call center he then grew to over 500 agents as USWA began marketing and rapidly expanding. In 2007 Robert sold his interest in USWA to allow him to further consult with businesses in the call center arena.
Robert’s background includes receiving a B.S. in Biochemistry from Florida State University in 3 years followed by receiving a Ph.D. in Biochemistry from the University of South Carolina. With completion of his Ph.D., Robert began teaching in both the secondary and college arenas. He then moved from academia to industry as he took a position as Assistant to the Chairman of the Board for a 50 year old chemical company.
Robert partnered with a former associate to form a chemical sales and consulting company. This company secured multiple contracts to represent product from many companies around the world. In 2004 they signed a contract with a Chinese tin supplier to design, build, begin operation and handle sales for a 2.8 billion RMB Chinese chemical plant. In early 2006 the first production units of the new plant in China went online and began producing products second to none in the world.
After returning from China in early 2006, Robert received a call asking for him to take over the technology department for USWA, a company that he formed in January 2005 and for which he designed the original call center. Robert was asked to direct the move of the company to a new facility and design a new technology plan to be implemented upon completion of the move. Upon successful completion of the move, Robert chose to accept an offer to serve as USWA’s Chief Technology Officer where he remained until early 2009.
Today Robert serves as Chief Technology officer with IRS. He is actively involved in the planning, operation, and the design of proprietary systems. In this role, he works closely with clients, developers, distributors, sales agents and system users to identify the direction that the company, its technology, and its systems need to move to provide best in class service to the customer thus providing the ultimate customer relationship experience.
Rick began his journey in IT in 1992 learning programming in college. I entered the world of Information Technology as a Sales and Technical Support Rep for Peripheral items starting in 1996. I became a Microsoft MCSE, Cisco CCNA to function as a system and network administrator until taking a leadership track in 2001. He has performed as a vendor manager, program/project manager and multiple site infrastructure support manager for a Fortune 100 Aerospace Company. Then continuing the progressive track to leading North America IT Regional Operations and then building an IT PMO for an Automotive Division of a Fortune 100 Company. Moving from there Rick lead Global Operations including Architecture, Security, Data Center, Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery for a Fortune 100 Company in the Specialty Chemical Oil Processing Company.
Rick has gained Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Business Continuity Planner (CBCP) and Six Sigma Greenbelt, Lean and Black Belt Certifications through multiple process improvements.
Rick demonstrates disciplines in various business operations while consulting, delivering product and value while leading teams in Aerospace, Automotive, Chemical, Financial, Insurance and Legal industries ranging in technology from Warehouse Management, Enterprise Resource Planning, Infrastructure and Development technologies.
